I am still awaiting a response from my AT&T agent that I spoke with on Tuesday. Yesterday I got this txt message from my agent, "Manager researching early upgrade option for iPhone 4 as to acceleration policy. When answered I will followup with you."
Once I get that response I will post the answer for all of you. But from what it sounds like with the document I found on AT&T's website
http://www.att.com/Common/about_us/files/iphone/pricing_fact_sheet_ip4.pdf, look under "Early Upgrade for existing iPhone users", anyone who is currently an iPhone user and is not eligible at this time for a full upgrade will be able to enjoy the iPhone for $200 more than a fully subsidized iPhone 4 and $200 less than full price.
