Got the same email. At least they confirmed a 9/21 date
"should arrive" isn't confirming
I've gotten the second confirmation email, and my backorder bit is flipped to 0. Ordered online at 3:30AM PST on Friday.
Has anyone had any luck calling AT&T or chatting with someone online? It seems unbelievable to me that no one at the entire company can tell us whether or not our orders have shipped. Has anyone tried and had any success either way?

I received the new confirmation email from Premier a few hours ago, but the order status site is still saying I'm backordered (64GB black). It seems like everyone else who received this email had their order change to 0 backordered. I don't know what to think.
Premier too. I have 0 back ordered, but have not gotten any secondary e-mail. Only the first which confirmed order placement. IDK either.
Just received my premier order confirmation at 8:55pm PST when I placed an order for a 16gb black iPhone 5 on 9/14 @ 7:15am PST. Just like many of you I received an email right after my pre- order was placed, had my status in backorder status and it was changed before I received the confirmation email. I assume a tracking number should be in my email hopefully tomorrow or latest Thursday.

I was lucky enough to think to refresh att's webpage with a little more than 9min before launch and got the pre-order button. I got the 1st conf email about 20 mins later but havent received anything else. Ive spoken to about 4-5 agents and they confirmed order and said it would be delivered by 21st but also told me i havent seen update cause they dont want to increase calll volumes at delivery services over shipments but instead they got all the volume since no t/n have been sent lol i hope i get on 21st

Need some help so I thought I'd post this in the AT&T Thread...
So I recently spoke with a custormer service rep who said that I would be placed on a "Priority List" to get my iPhone 5, since they (AT&T) accidently cancelled the order, which was placed at approximately 12:01AM on Friday 9/14. I was expecting it on the 21st, but the rep said it should be here by Wednesday 9/26 at the latest. Is that realistic or was he just trying to appease me?
I'm wondering because I go out of town soon.

Okay I changed my mind, I have some time until a player I need comes off waivers. (thanks a lot, Julio Jones)
I just noticed the shipped date is the 16th.. Until FedEx shows it in the system I can't tell you why it started that date (but the field was blank before it populated the tracking number)
