ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

OK for those who have been sitting on the AT&T order status page with a "shipped" status but no tracking number I just received this e-mail from UPS MyChoice (you need to register on the UPS website for this service).
I have three iPhones marked as "shipped". So it would appear that at least one is REALLY on its way!!!
The crappy thing is that the UPS driver for my area has a tendency to mis-deliver my packages to my neighbors house... THAT neighbor and I are not really on speaking terms. I don't know what they would do if they ended up with MY iPhone5!!!
Alas, I much prefer FedEx.

I order through premier on 9/14 at 8:00 am pst and att says I didn't order until 9/16. Blah, I did call and they waved my activation fee. Very nice woman by the name Amanda helped me and even sympathized!

Same thing happening to me and Chrome, just use Safari to check it.
Update: Chrome works again with the captcha.
That's ok. You could try going to FedEx and track by "reference" and enter either your wireless number, home phone number, billing number. If not, try UPS. Mine is coming via FedEx, but I see others are UPS.
Still plenty of time for AT&T to fill your order tomorrow when they get your White iPhone 5 from Apple into Ft. Worth and ship it to you overnight for a Friday delivery.

Just FYI, I ordered just before the official pre-order time (the site let me in early), sat in "back-ordered" status until late last night, updated to "shipped" this afternoon, finally got my UPS tracking number tonight. It all happens eventually. AT&T has just decided to invest in a terrible web system that doesn't offer any sort of communication.
It'll change to "shipped" soon. It basically just means they have a phone for you.
Next step will be to assign tracking number and shipper and then shipped status. You have a phone assigned to you!
Yeah. Been checking it once every hour/2 hours.
Hasn't changed since I ordered it. Amex has had the pending transaction as well.
