My phone was backordered a couple hours ago, I just rechecked, and the backorder is now 0. Is this a sign? I ordered at 6 PM on Friday. :D
 
Found out my order that I placed before noon on Friday is listed as being ordered on Monday the 17th. After a discussion with At&T chat, they said it was something about terms and conditions not being accepted until the 16th! I never was notified anything was wrong, and never accepted anything on the 16th. I have an unlimited plan I was grandfathered in on and I think I checked the terms and conditions when ordering the phone.
Now she said my probable delivery date is Oct 4-15th!! The SIM card, not the phone is on backorder.
Can we cancel an order without it holding us up from getting another phone in store? I don't want to cancel and then wait 3 weeks for AT&T to clear my account to order another one. I am beyond upset. Of course, there is no one to talk to that knows anything.
 
Backorder

White 32 GB here, one page shows Processing, another shows In Progress with items Backordered. When I had called, the operator who explained to me that the phone was coming via USPS also said that the phone was being shipped from a warehouse. Has anyone heard of AT&T stockpiling phones stateside for a launch like this? If they're way behind on processing that might explain the status delays.
 
FINALLY, movement. It's shipped, FedEx, but the tracking numbers on the FedEx site don't show up yet.

I just got off the phone with FedEx and they said that the tracking numbers that are not yet active, will become active tomorrow morning. They are being shipped from their texas warehouse. Both AT&T & FedEx have confirmed both locations.
 
Moved the shipped but like others tracking still not working as of yet ... But we all know we will see something by tomorrow night.

I am a regular member (non-premier) First 3 digits of order are 140

Here was my status to start the other day and then tonight ... it just changed within the last 2 hours.
