I have pre-ordered my 64GB black version on the 17th via the AT&T premier website.
Two days later on the 19th I get a second confirmation email that my phone is reserved and ready to be shipped in 14 to 21 business days.
I have tried to change my pre-order to get the white version due to the new scuff-gate problem but the rep. told me I can no longer make changes since my account is active

...BUT still ships out in 21 business days
My credit card got charged from the second day of placing the order but the transaction hasn't been posted (still pending).
I do not understand how my account can be active already if my phone doesn't ship for another month... why cannot they make any changes or let me cancel the pre-order?
The premier website shows status "pre-order processing"...
If they do let me cancel what happens with the 2yr contract I signed up for?
At this point I regret jumping the bandwagon and I wish I could cancel and get a samsung galaxy s3 but the premier offer was really good ($51/mo)
Anyone help?
