Ohhhhh, this post is gonna burn some. I ordered 2 - 64 GB white iPhone 5's on Sept 17th at 4pm ET at the AT&T Store. Around midnight last night I went from BO - 1 to BO - 0. Just found a tracking number on Order Status 8pm ET. FedEx delivery is set for tomorrow, 9/28 at 3pm. Based on the tracking number both phones have been shipped in one package and are in transit. Based on this info 11 days order to delivery. Best of luck everyone.

I ordered in the store on the 14th at 1:49pm ct. Signed my terms there but did not receive conformation email till 12:09 am on the 15th. Only reason I ordered in the store as AT&T would not allow me to order online. Said I was not eligible for upgrade even though I have not got an upgrade since I got my iPhone 4 on launch day. That was 26 months. Was told by AT&T today the terms and conditions were not accepted until the store uploaded there data at night after the stores are closed.

Cancel it and deal directly with apple. AT&T clearly demonstrated a lack of professionalism in their industry.
Mine, too. I ordered via Premier on the 14th (9:00am PDT) and my order date showed the 16th for a white 16GB. I got an email of the CSS last night and the back order went to 0.![]()
Ordered a new black iphone 5 16gb as a new line on my family talk account on 9pm on 9/14 through premier. I got my confirmation almost immediately. I kept checking the status and on 9/16 my order was updated that i was processing. I didnt think anything of it so I waited until Thursday 9/20 and I called in after I havent seen any updates on my order. I was told by the rep that there system never processed my order completely. She reprocessed it and assured me that it would ship on 9/21. I waited until 9/21 and never got anything indicating it was shipping. So I called and they told me that I was misinformed and my order is on Backorder. I was livid. I finally tweeted att customer care and business care and someone called me from escalations on monday and admitted to me that they screwed my order up but I would have to wait for my order to arrive between 10/10 - 10/19. When I look my order up it says it was put through 9/20 rather then 9/14. I got pushed down the queue because ATT screwed up. I am so mad and hope that they can fullfill quicker. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason to when something comes off back order. Hopefully I get it soon. Sorry if this post is long just wanted to vent.

I suppose you were one of the 'others' they were referring to when a CSR's solution to my problem was... "Well, you aren't the only one this has happened to!"
When did you place your order ? Also does your order start with EXTP889 ?
