Well, 90401 seems to be on track...
Just got my tracking number for delivery tomorrow before 3.
To Recap:
Ordered 16 gb black 9/14@4pm via phone call
Confirmed agreement via email for 9/15
Went off back order @ 3 in the morning on 9/27
Getting the phone on 9/28 @ 3
Hope all get theirs reasonably. I'll be like the other posters who after receiving their phone, quickly loose interest and go quietly in the night to play angry birds or the new bad piggies!

Ohhhhh, this post is gonna burn some. I ordered 2 - 64 GB white iPhone 5's on Sept 17th at 4pm ET at the AT&T Store. Around midnight last night I went from BO - 1 to BO - 0. Just found a tracking number on Order Status 8pm ET. FedEx delivery is set for tomorrow, 9/28 at 3pm. Based on the tracking number both phones have been shipped in one package and are in transit. Based on this info 11 days order to delivery. Best of luck everyone.

I second that. I would say its the second wave so I doubt anyone is going to get pimped like we did for 2 weeks now.
went of back order at 10:40pm yesterday. Just got shipping info FedEx at 6:30 pm CDT from fort worth tx. Due to be delivered tomorrow by 3 pm. Finally

Mine, too. I ordered via Premier on the 14th (9:00am PDT) and my order date showed the 16th for a white 16GB. I got an email of the CSS last night and the back order went to 0.
Update: Shipped from Ft. Worth, arriving tomorrow
ATT Screwed me now im in BO hell
Ordered a new black iphone 5 16gb as a new line on my family talk account on 9pm on 9/14 through premier. I got my confirmation almost immediately. I kept checking the status and on 9/16 my order was updated that i was processing. I didnt think anything of it so I waited until Thursday 9/20 and I called in after I havent seen any updates on my order. I was told by the rep that there system never processed my order completely. She reprocessed it and assured me that it would ship on 9/21. I waited until 9/21 and never got anything indicating it was shipping. So I called and they told me that I was misinformed and my order is on Backorder. I was livid. I finally tweeted att customer care and business care and someone called me from escalations on monday and admitted to me that they screwed my order up but I would have to wait for my order to arrive between 10/10 - 10/19. When I look my order up it says it was put through 9/20 rather then 9/14. I got pushed down the queue because ATT screwed up. I am so mad and hope that they can fullfill quicker. It seems like there is no rhyme or reason to when something comes off back order. Hopefully I get it soon. Sorry if this post is long just wanted to vent.

Totally feel your pain... they pushed mine back from 10/14 to 10/19...
I suppose you were one of the 'others' they were referring to when a CSR's solution to my problem was... "Well, you aren't the only one this has happened to!"
Yeah, I'm not good at brief. But I'll have the white 16g I ordered, tomorrow.

I placed my order around 9:45am central on 9/14, by phone... and my order number starts with 9041
Seeing as I was pushed back to 9/19... I imagine it will be quite sometime before I receive it.

I ordered 4 iphone 5s on launch day (pre-order day), three at 3:10-3:15 am EST and another one at 9:05 am EST. I got the last one I order on launch day (friday 21). Two of the other three arrived two days ago and the remaining one was the only 32gb of the three and came today!

That's a hefty looking case! So far the leader for me is the incipio frequency.
