Ordered on the 22 because I was still undecided about getting the phone (stupid I know ) I didn't think the wait would be this long when I placed my order in store he told me 14-21 days but guaranteed me it would be before then now when I called at&t their saying 21-28 business days So not cool that's way to long for me I was better off camping out. I ordered two white 16gb in store

No, mine (actually, my wife's) shipped today. Ordered via Premier on the 14th at 9:00am PDT, shown as the 16th in the order status page. White 16GB iPhone 5...

Well... I am still on backorder, so far I have been on backorder for 8 days since I got my conformation e-mail with the wireless number on 9/17. I am only counting Monday-Friday as business days.

The iPhone I ordered is a black 32gb. If I knew more people would have ordered it I would have gone 64 black or white. But I was thinking that they would make less of those. Meh. I am not good at gambling or guessing.

Did anyone else know that you can't do FaceTime over 4g if you have unlimited data? I don't want to lose my unlimited data and switch just for this feature. Anyone finding a way around this?

Jailbreak, then download 3g restrictor???? Hasn't been tried yet....

There is already a lawsuit pending over neutrality... Doubt if we will win though...

I cancelled my AT&T order on the 17th.Of course my phone was delivered on the 24th! 5 minutes ago I received the following 3 e-mails at 1116pm:

Apple finally processed my order on the 22nd and prepared it for shipment.
Then they shipped it on the 25th from china. It was scheduled to be delivered on oct 1st but ups is doing an early delivery tomorrow.

64GB Black, ordered in-store at about 14:30PDT on Sunday, 9/16. Email before I got home.

Moved off backorder sometime in the last 3 hrs. No further email... fingers crossed for tracking soon... since I'm moving this weekend.

Shipped Fedex for delivery tomorrow by 15:00. Still no further emails.

How many of us are left that ordered on 9/14 that are still on backorder?

I ordered at 6:00 am on 9/14 but my order status page shows it didn't go through 'til the 18th. EXTP889987. It's a new line so I'm guessing they texted my non-existent phone a bunch of times telling me to accept the T&C and then just did it for me on the 18th.
