I called AT&T premier line today, what a waste of time.
The CSR said the "in progress" means it was going to be shipped in a day or two, was in the warehouse. When I explained it was like that since the 14th he recanted and said it means it will "ship eventually".
Talked to a manager, they could not do anything. Same old AT&T line of 7-14 business days and "no guarantee on the ship date".
They of course could not explain why my date is the 18th yet I ordered on the 14th. No T&C for a business site, you agree when you place the order. These are for new lines, they have numbers assigned already just no phone.
Should be interesting to see if they are on my Sept bill, it should have closed today.....
And the wait continues.
I have my activation fees on my September bill. Due October 15th, if I don't get my phone before them I refuse to pay that activation fee.
