ATT iPhone 5 Pre-order thread

Order a white 16 GB

On 10/13 at a ATT store? Would you guys have some idea on when should I be expecting this going by your own experience/

Is there a difference between your order being: back order or Processing???? IF so i order my phone on 09/27 and it says it's processing now! OFF back order this happen just right now because I've been checking constantly!

Guys there was some people that order the early 20's of september that really kept notes so I will do that to help out those like other helped me even after i get phone.

Ok enought of that

Just came off back order right now around 12:30 pm technically 10/23

Haven't gotten an email or anything just checked and doubled checked by calling. Haven't received any shipping notifications that is still pending so I will keep you guys updated when i get that notification and the estimate they will give me to get phone. Hope this helps somebody
 
Hey guys just an update

Ordered 9/26 (1 16gb black & 1 16gb white)
quoted 14-21 business days (Oct 16 - Oct 25)
Off BO 10/21
Shipped 12/22 (2nd day air)

They, at least for me, held their end of the bargain and shipped within the alloted time. If its within the range then unfortunately you have to wait until its over for you to complain that its not shipped. Oh and the key word is that those are SHIPPING dates, not dates that you should receive them. If they woulda shipped mine on Oct 25 then that is still within their alloted dates.
Instead of obsessing over the ATT order page, I am obsessing over the UPS tracking page lol...
I hope everyone gets theirs in a prompt and timely manner!

Today is business day 22. When I ordered we were told 14-21 business days. Last week we were told 21-28 business days 😡 A lot of people that ordered after us are getting theirs off BO

I think this is when we should be credited for our incovenience. If we were promised 14-21 business days, then that's what it should be.

For all you October orders especially with 16gb orders, relax. Remember, it's business days. Once you get around the 20-21st business day and you are still back ordered, that's when you should be hitting up AT&T for some credits.
 
Ordered White 16g - 9/27 in ATT store
Came off backorder 10/22 around 11:00 pm
Just got shipping confirmation - 10/23 about 10:00am

Ordered and Processed on 9/22 in store. Got 1 Blk 16GB 1 Wht 16GB. They came off BO on 10/17 and went back to BO 10/19. Still on BO order as of today

Both 16GB, one white and one black, came of back order! Order was processed Sept. 28. Shipping pending. Checked just now (10/23, 11:00 PST). Finally! Sorry for people who still haven't come off BO. 🙁
 
AT&T order in store September 28, 2012.
Email states 14-21 days.
Just got off back order today 10/23/2012

With standard shipping, how long does it take for delivery once it ships? I know it depends on your state and how far you live, but does anyone know where these phones are being shipped from?

They're being shipped from Dallas-Ft. Worth and it's supposed to take 2 business days. The second being the day you receive.
 
so any news for the black 32gb, i was hoping for it to come off of backorder today... btw i order on the 2nd.

i gues its not...

well today is the third week from my order exactly and the 15th business day.

however it looks like my expectation came true, and att is now starting to work on multiple days of box, because the farther away the day is from the beginning of the process the less iphones were ordered.

anyway anyone have an idea of when it will come off of bo
