wow so the 32gbs are behind the 16gbs, u dont no how pissed this makes me. now the earliest i will get my phone is early next week. that will be business day 19, 20, or 21 for me. i hate att, never preordering again.

Maybe that's what happen with mine, because on the website it still says backorder and when i call the automated system it tells me that it has been shipped since sunday night.

Online status still says BO

Called AT&T yesterday and they said it should be shipped 10/25-11/5

We shall see.
 
Ordered 9/28. 16GB Black. Off backorder yesterday, shipped today. Expected delivery by Friday. Still haven't been charged yet. Kind of weird.
 
Just checked my order status through phone and online (ordered 9/30)

On the phone i'm told my order has been received and is being processed.

Online the "1" that was next to quantity back ordered has now changed to "0"

Still not off back order, but i'm seeing progress! :)

Yes, but you're still off backorder. It will show progress till it ships. But because we are now off backorder it means they have our phone and it is set aside for us. When it ships, "in progress" will change to "shipped"

Ahh I see. Well, looks like our wait is going to be over soon.
 
nice! if your's went off back order today for 9/30, tomorrow or friday my 10/1 should be shipped out and off back order i hope!!!

Hey I just checked the order status again and I now have a tracking number! :D:D
 
I have been lurking for a few days when my order moved to back order status. Here's my story, in case it is helpful for others.

16gb white ordered in store on 9/29
Processing until AM of 10/22
Back order until mid morning 10/24
Processing status mid afternoon 10/24
Received email with UPS tracking numbers in the evening of 10/24 - should arrive on 10/26

Hang in there and enjoy when it arrives!
 
9/28- 1 16gb black and 32gb black i5s

16gb preparing for shipment
2 32gbs still on backorder

I'm dying over here!!!!!!! :(

I would predict that they will have to slow up on the 16gb to catch up on the 32gb because a lot of us are about to go past the 21 business days mark!!! Just a thought lol
