just an update, order 32gb black on 10/2, i live around nyc but not in it. My town is not one of the ups zipcodes with delsays as of wednesday, but it was as of monday. it flew out of dalls yesterday, landed in newark last night. It now is out for delivery! the suspense is killing me!

this exact thing happened to me. i had originally ordered october 1. Wouldve had it by now, then I was pushed to re-order october 22. back to waiting...and they wouldnt just restore my upgrade for view for buying it retail from radio shack or something because i had apparently "already accepted the t&c's" even though they had cancelled my order. it's a joke, but when my family members' phones are up, i'll sell this iphone to pay for a cancellation of my line with at&t, and move everyone over to verizon.
We are no longer in AT&Ts system now. Scanned all my paperwork and will call the store we ordered from as soon as they open. Also going to call Apple
You all are going to love this phone! I showed mine to my boss this morning (...he has the 4S) and he was gobsmacked over it....had to pry it out of his hands! *not kidding...* It is truly an amazing phone! Thank goodness that deliveries are getting back on track for everybody. The UPS person delivered mine yesterday at 4:30pm...the very minute that I got off from work! I sat the whole day refreshing my UPS tracker information for nothing! lol But, I have my phone and you all will have yours today! *keeping my fingers crossed for you's* I hope that the mess that some of you are in with cancellations and damaged phones get a speedy resolve....your month-long wait should not be in vain. See you all again when the next iPhone comes out! Cheers to all! 
Last post here! iPhone arrived this morning at 10:30 (original scheduled time was 3:00). I'm at school right now but my brother signed for it and is bringing it to me now. So excited!

I'm going to the Apple store tonight. Don't wanna try this weekend with the iPad and all that. I hope I'm not wasting my time, it needs to be swapped out, there's no way I'd keep a phone with a loose/clicking screen that I paid $450 for. Just no way.
Mt GF's iPhone through Verizon was the 16th. Supposed to be delivered tomorrow. No sign.
That is absolutely ridiculous! Did you get to speak with a manager? They should be doing everything they can to get you the phone you ordered since it was their fault they cancelled your order.
Talked to the regional manager over the phone and the store manager in person. Both said there is nothing we can do for you. The store had 64s in stock and that was it but they didnt offer a discount or anything for my troubles...useless I tell you
yep that's all they'd do for me too. have to wait another 3 weeks. i raised hell after being nice for 3 days and they never even budged. it's a joke, sorry to see someone else go through it.
