Thank You

I must say that the customer service really sucks for AT&T, i'm a small business customer & they have literally caused me the biggest headache. I just so happen to stumble upon this forum with the number in it, after the Fraud department advised me to have a claim created & forwarded to the Office of The President, none of the reps wanted to do it. So I did it myself, hopefully my issue will be resolved & I will finally get my equipment i've been waiting for since 4/6/11

Cannot Believe Office of the President

After months of calls to ATT about my iphone 4, dropped calls and going to the att store, apple store and STILL dropped calls the same person I was dealing with had the gall to say in 5 months I didn't drop a call! I was on the phone with MS Betty Graham of the office of the president of ATT on many more than one occasions with HER when the call DROPPED! She had to call me back on my Magic Jack number so we could talk. Now with an FTC complaint she says I never dropped a call? Shame on you ATT and Ms Betty Graham! They want me to pay full price for so much bull I went through for them trying to make this phone work as it should just to get stuck in the back? One trip to att store for a new sim card. One trip to Apple store for a new phone. A second trip to Apple store so that we can try a new phone and sim card together, just in case the phone and or sim has a virus. But my phone never dropped a call? Why would I do all of that?
Start an FTC complaint! The office of the president is all about get the $$$$$ no matter what! Don't listen to the customer! Get the $$$$$$$$$$$$$!

Greetings

Because the poor signal reception of my new IPhone 3G, I have persistently contacted both Apple and ATT to request assistance. I have recently downloaded the latest Apple update 2.2 and with no improvement.

I finally was escalated to the Office of the President of ATT – here is the phone number 877-707-6220.

I spoke with Ms. Washington. When you call you immediately get through – no recordings, etc.

The reason for this posting is that there is a need for these folks to know about the signal reception problems with the IPhone. They did not seem to have a clue that this is a serious problem. There seems is a disconnect with this office and Apple – not sure why since this is a best seller for them.

So if you get a chance give this office a call – let them know that there are many IPhone users out there having poor phone call quality, dropped calls, no signal, etc. Maybe enough dissatisfied customers will have some impact on their Apple partner.

Worth a try

Well, I've had AT&T for 10 days this go around and i can say that my cell service and customer service have been ok. So far, so good.

I have had nothing but stellar service from ATT. Use to have Verizon and would never go back to them as they sucked IMO.

de la Vega is fairly responsive. I found his email once and threatened a lawsuit against AT&T for some issues I had (which I won't go into). I had also complained to the FCC. Amazing how quickly I got an email response from him with it being carbon copied to a dozen people, one of whom was an attorney for AT&T who contacted me and was then referred to my attorney.

Indulge us please. What issue did you have that made the CEO shake in his boots and have an AT&T attorney call you....

Better yet, post the email and his response
