2 valve/cylinder; one larger than the other .... hmm. 1 spark plug/cylinder, no tracks or grooves for Cam lobes thus its a OHV system, is this only HALF an engine block?

If so my guess is a new HEMI - Dodge Charger but I'm not sure if its something else. unless its some OLD honda which I highly doubt.

Unless I am very much mistaken then that is one of the cylinder heads from a V8 (maybe just a straight 4) - those are inlet and outlet valves you are looking at with a spark plug (or maybe injector) showing too - the exhaust manifold should directly connect to that (when its the other way around)
