I've attached what I've currently got - which is just a bit too exposed (yeah - she's got no top on. ) but good looking women look great as a Preview icon.

my guess would be transperant dock from Free Range Mac at: http://www.freerangemac.com or something similar

For those of you that have intel macs, transparant dock won't work anymore. I use a combination of Clear Dock and Onyx to get the same effects, though.
