It's odd how some people get their delivery times bumped up by weeks. You would think it would be a first in first out arrangement. There are only 4 models of iPhone X after all, but I suspect the space grey 256 is the most desired model.

My order just got moved from Dec 28th to Nov 24th! Can’t wait!

I'm in QLD. Well it's still preparing for Shipment, I'm hoping I get it before the weekend but knowing my luck, I doubt it.
I ordered about 12 hours after pre orders went live. Was in the states and wasn’t able to preorder straight away unfortunately.
Got a Space Grey with 256Gb
My sg 256 was still sitting mid December for delivery. Jumped on the reservation page and locked in a pickup today from my local store saving me 5 weeks of waiting. Preorder doesn’t seem to make sense!
I’ve cancelled my preorder so hopefully that’s bumped someone up the waiting list.
Pickup reservation seemed to become available at 6:05am with stock at every store. There was no stock at 6am.

Mine just changed from PTS to Shipped, coming from Sydney.

So looks like Apple mixed up my billing and shipping address so likely delayed until next week. Make sure your invoice lists the right details...

Mines gone from Sydney to Brisbane overnight, but it's sitting in Brisbane, was hoping it would be on a truck for delivery but looks like I'm not going to be that lucky and will have to wait till Monday. Grrrrr

AHh sorry to hear. So my addresses were right in the system. However, when packing the phone, someone at Apple put in my suburb in front of my street address and it defaulted to a different suburb (same street name) and obviously didn’t check it. Called Apple and TNT and they couldn’t do anything. Once an order starts, they can’t do anything except deliver to a known address that I don’t live at, take it back to the depot and redeliver next week. Talk about a ludicrous system...
Wow that sucks, you would think TNT would be able to intercept the package at a scan point to slap on a new label.

Ordered my Silver iPhone X on pre order day, secured a bad date of 27 November, and till today the order status is processing. Also no Apple Stores in Melbourne have any 256gb in stock . This is such a let down, especially given the fact with a limited supply Apple should have restricted the number of iPhone X's to one per customer on launch day. Now these extra units floating around eBay, hopefully next week will bring better news for me, as my iPhone 6 Plus which I dropped a few times needs replacing.

Have you been checking Apple stores at 5am for stock? That's what those in the US are doing - replenished stock appears at that time apparently, so you may be able to score one that way.
