Australian iPhone Pre-Order and Shipping Thread

Ordered my iPhone X 64gb Silver via Vodafone... No shipping until mid-late December. I am seriously hoping that the supply chain catches up with demand soon!!!

My sg 256 was still sitting mid December for delivery. Jumped on the reservation page and locked in a pickup today from my local store saving me 5 weeks of waiting. Preorder doesn’t seem to make sense!

I’ve cancelled my preorder so hopefully that’s bumped someone up the waiting list.

Pickup reservation seemed to become available at 6:05am with stock at every store. There was no stock at 6am.

Yeah, did the same, secured a phone the same day and picked up by lunch, rather than waited for November 27 shipment that feels so far away.

Just got the notification from Optus that my order has been sent to the warehouse for packing. YAY!!!
Original expected delivery was Thurs 16th Nov... I am hoping I get it sooner

I received a Space Grey on launch day and have just ordered a silver for the wife. Delivery dates are 30/11-07/12. Not too worried but hopefully it gets moved up.

Got my X yesterday! Only thing is, all my activity data hasn’t synced over. I restored the X from an iCloud backup, so I’m not really sure why I’ve lost all that data.

edit: it randomly asked me to sign into my iTunes account this morning, which then synced all my fitness data

I got mine from Optus pre order in around a week or so.

I'm absolutely loving it, although I wish they had released a iPhone X Plus. That would have been perfect.

Absolutely, personally I think they would have sold quite well but it seems as though they're holding off on the larger X model until next year (so the rumours say).

Anyone upgraded to an iPhone x online from virgin mobile, how long does it take to arrive their site says about 4 weeks and i can't find any info elsewhere. I ordered mine on 2nd december hoping i get it before Christmas.
