Heh. That philosophy will change in a few years.

I can relate.Let's put it this way: I have on occasion been offered that 'old-peoples' discount, without asking for it. Not sure if I should be insulted, or thankful. Maybe I need more sleep, and less time on MR.![]()
Just something for fun to kind of see the average age of users here. What's your age?
I'm 22
There are hills younger than I am
Im 22. Got an iPhone since the iPhone 3G. I don't even know how it feels to have a Samsung.
best reply ever!I'm 68, and have an iPhone 5.
Of course, as is frequently pointed out by many poster regarding old people and electronics...I have no idea how to use it.
I like to look at the pretty pictures on it, and the new pretty colors on it now...while carefully drooling out of the side of my face so as no to get the drool on the pretty phone.
Soon, I will hire a young person to come and show me how to turn it off, and do the battery filling up thing...and maybe make a call. I'm not sure that I can handle all those other things the pretty pictures on it do...

Agreed. As a 61-year-old geezer, I feel like Satan when I show younger people a jailbroken iPhone or show them how to access Settings, how to do a hard reboot, how to enter DFU mode, etc. I just don't feel right.![]()
almost 70 and have been an Apple person since the Apple II. Since I've been a technical guy in computers all my life I don't consider myself and old geyser. I have an iPhone, iPad and MPB.
Think that's what we're going atAll you're actually getting is a average demographic of MacRumors users.
When I bought my Apple II (not a plus or a C) I wanted all 16K of memory - dealer couldn't understand why I wanted that much memory.
