back button issues with Safari

Hi,

I'm experiencing some issues with safari, and wanted to know if it's common, and whether there's a fix.

while navigating in websites, often hitting back button, takes me all the way back to a website with different domain name.
Lets say I'm on reddit, then navigate to youtube, and inside youtube i go from video to video. Now if I press back, I'm taken all the way back to reddit... Which is extremely frustrating.
