Is that official price, or some 3rd party import no-warranty gray market stuff?

Last time I check from official Huawei store, the base model 6P is at least $1050, and that was during a promo or something. That's like $750 US, $300 more than the actual US price. And that is before looking at the support quality of huawei, let alone international support.

In the US, recommending a Nexus is easy. Outside US, it's ridiculous.
official price. Lazada is selling them again

If I had a problem with the phone I would do what I do anywhere. Take it back where I got it from.
Seeing as the vast majority of the world is using Android phones I wouldn't think it’s an issue.

From my past experiences with any android phone I've had Samsung, LG, Motorola.. They have all had some sort of build issue. Wheather it be a screen defect, vibration issue, something etc. I just made the switch as I previously posted on the first page and I'm actually enjoying my iPhone. Build quality to me is superb! I am coming from a note 5 and was looking into the nexus 6p but after reading too many horror stories with the screen and other issues I wasn't impressed. Plus I wanted something that "just works".
