I received my new iPad 2 this morning. I was almost totally happy. No light bleed, BUT... It looks like this one was used as a display or something because the iPad logo at the top right of the screen was burnt in. The whole top bar ran across and looked like it had been sitting on the screen for a while. I called applecare, and they said send that one back and we will send another one out tomorrow when this one returns.
You cant really see the banding around the screen that i was referring to in these pics. It might have been just image retention, meaning it was there just for a small time.
