I would say this case is between the Commuter and the Defender. Let us know how you like it once you get it.
Ultra fine won't work on the front. It will stick to the built in screen protectors on the Survivor and Defender. It has to be an anti glare on the front to prevent the watermarking.
The back is fine to be whatever.

Also will your front and back protectors fit in the Otterbox Defender case? The shields must be .20 mm thick each for front and back totaling .40 mm or less combined.

We were estimating that orders will all ship this week but we ran into delays on inventory so orders have been pushed back. Sorry about that.
The new impactbands coming in are made of a better material that stretches less and absorbs impacts better. They also have a nice beveled lip around the screen for easy typing.

Have you checked on your front and back screen protectors? My son is interested but they have to be thin enough to work with the Otterbox Defender. He rocks his Defender during the week and switches out to an Apple bumper during the weekends but wants to be able to use a screen protector front and back.

I ordered one of these and I wasn't really impressed. I will say flat out do not order the screen protectors from them as they are not compatible with the white 4s sensor bar. Also I had the protectors on fairly nice and as soon as I went to put the case on the case caused the protectors to bubble up. The bubbles are all on the outside near the border of the case.
The case itself isn't bad I compared it with my cousins otter box defender and an old treo700 and there all about the same size. Which to me although it's bulky isn't a big deal it fits in all of my pockets. I got the white case and in just over a month it looks pretty dirty so I would go with a different color if I were you. Also I think the case is starting to warp/lose it's shape slightly and I think it has gone from a softer rubber feel to almost like a hard plastic feel in the past month. Instead of that perfect rectangle on the side near the middle they are bulging out. It is much more apparent from the back than the front. Since I have had it I haven't dropped it at all and it's only gone from table top to my pocket and to my hands so I can't really speak to the actual protection.
I am looking into getting a different case already after one month of using this product. I may return to this case in the future but as a first time iphone user with this being my first case/bumper I want to get a new set of screen protectors that won't bubble and a case that will not impair the screen protector.
Also apologies if anyone is offended at my interchangeable use of case and bumper.

The reason this band interests me is because it looks like same thickness as the new version Otterbox Defender. The main reason is since it appears the same thickness it shows the back of the iPhone much like a regular bumper.
I ordered the white because I have a white 4S.
I'm in Philly and BaseOne Labs is in MA I think, so a one day ship UPS or Fed ex.
Matt, you seem not to be responding to this thread anymore, however, you responded to my email just now, only to tell me that my blue one would be coming back in stock NEXT week. This, despite the fact that when I ordered, it was indicated that my order would be shipping the following week (last week). Last week came and went and you said that all orders would be shipping THIS week (the one we are presently in), and, now you tell me that my order is shipping next week?
I understand difficulties in procuring inventory, at times, however, this isn't the proper way to do business. You should always under promise and over deliver. NEVER the other way around.
Please take a look at the thread on here (I will email you to this regard) and give EVERYONE the straight up, no b.s. as to what is going on. Enough promises that are going unfulfilled.

Good luck getting a response until they are actually able to send out the product or get to your issue.
While I actually really like their case, their customer service is pretty spotty. I believe that is in part to them being a small company with few staff but that still isn't a good excuse.
While it took me more than 2 weeks to get a response on a Band that was defective I will say that once I did the service was great. I had a new one in my mailbox 2 days later. It just seems that their response time needs a little work.
My suggestions would be to submit a trouble ticket through their website. That is where I got an actual response. Not from the e-mail.
