well, i guess i am glad i didnt go through with that.
although, corp. sent me a BB Bold instead of an iphone like originally planned, so looks like i lose anyway.
I got mine as well and I WAS impressed with the quality (but not impressed with the customer service aspect from this company). Again, if you are looking for the slimmest case/bumper out there, this isn't for you but, if you are looking for excellent drop protection, then without question, this is the best bumper on the market. Fit and finish is excellent.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We have since revamped out customer service channel. With our last service we would get overloaded with emails and lose track of tickets.

We now have all colors in our 3rd gen model. Slightly thinner with a brighter color selection. Has anyone had a chance to use one yet? I'd like to get feedback from the community.
When did the 3rd gen come out? I ordered an impact band like last week maybe a bit before that does that mean I'm getting a 2nd gen or 3rd gen?

Great! what exactly is the difference from 2nd to 3rd? I know the first to second its been slimmed down a lot, the build isn't as crude and also it's easier to type.
The 3rd gen makes it even easier to type by having a beveled front lip. The gen 2 was just thinner with better mold lines. Everything else seems the same to me.
Whomever asked, it does not attract lint as it isn't silicone. It is a TPU-like material.
My impact band just came in the mail. I'll prolly do a review but right off the bat a few things:
Looks and feels great.
Does NOT work with my patchworks back piece which is pretty thick. Works perfect with my matte front and back though.
Not as tight as I expected it to be or would like it to be. Definitely some give when you squeeze the top. I'm wondering if that's just a defect in mine or if all of them are like that. (most likely all of them)
Overall really diggin it so far
A question for mgeyester - Would it be okay for me to maybe boil the bumper in hot water for a bit to tighten the fit? Not that its that bad right now but if it does loosen up in the future...
