I deleted Facebook yesterday and it doesn't show up anymore.

This is what I got on my 6+ today, can't say I'm unhappy with that. Stock 8.2, brightness at 40% all the time. ~3 hours of music over Bluetooth speakers.

iPhone 6+ on straight LTE (no wifi), streaming radio from around 8:00am to midnight. Turned off a few times from watching vids linked in Safari and Twitter... and once when it switched to 4G at the restaurant we ate at.

Note: I do jailbreak and winterboard theme using UniAW (animated weather) base code that I modded with overlays I created... which didn't hit my battery to hard. At least... it lasted me the whole day... and plenty of leftover power before putting it on the charger.

Streaming radio all day long only used about 3gb's of data. Used almost 16gb of data in a week, and I still have pretty good download/upload speeds. Nice to see AT&T finally letting us enjoy our grandfathered unlimited data. :)

I recommend staying in airplane mode (turning Wi-Fi on afterwards) if you're often in areas of no service, or your phone will constantly try and look for a connection.

Yes but 99% Iam on good connection!Shoud i do a restore or what? :mad::mad:

Normal? Or is Safari/Facebook killing my battery? Cause my numbers seem lower than most 6+'s on this thread.

* iPhone 6 Plus
*location services off, background app refresh off, mail set to fetch manually.
* DFU restored last week, set up as new.

Facebook has usually been a battery hog, in my experience, and I've heard similar comments from others. I wonder if battery life would improve if you used the Facebook website now and then for casual use.

Those numbers are still great. What's the big deal with being at 46% after almost 6 hours of use? You are on track for nearly 12 hours and that awesome. I struggle to get 8 hours on my iPhone 6 but I stopped caring. It gets me through the day, so with that, I'm satisfied.

Right after iOS 8.2 I could easily get 9-10 hours which was amazing since before it was 5-6. I started using my phone like a normal person again and got 8 hours of use, still satisfying. But then iOS 8.3 came along and now if I use my phone like a normal person I get 6 hours of use again. So I gotta put the brightness at 20%, turn off cellular when I'm on wifi, turn off wifi when I'm on cellular, strip down all my settings, etc.

I'm probably getting a plus for my next phone because I'm sick of worrying about the battery. Plus the landscape features and huge screen would be awesome! :D originally thought it would be way too big, but after seeing my friends plus it seems nothing but convenient to have that nice battery and great big screen to enjoy. He uses his phone at ***100% brightness*** and hasn't played with any settings to optimize his battery. At 80% he got an hour and 30 mins of use. That's what I get with 20% brightness and a freakishly stripped down phone. So sick of it already. If I used my phone at 100% brightness, bad things would happen. That gives me 4 hours on battery.

At 46% it was 6 hours. I'm at 6 hours and 26 minutes and it's down to 36%. I'll never get close to 12 hours lol.

So in 26 minutes, my battery dropped 10%. That's somewhat abnormal IMO.

Depends on what you were doing in those 26 minutes. Based on your screenshot you were at 46% with 5 hours and 52 minutes, so it's actually at least 32 minutes that that 10% lasted.
