****ing immaturity here is through the roof.
I know, it gets beyond childish here if someone notices a typo.
They automaticly assume and attack you on that.
Kids nowadays I guess
Just sold my old phone via cregs list and got lowballed to 325 for a unlocked 32gb 3gs(refurb with 2 cases and a never been put on screen protector...). I just wanted to get rid of it and pay for my new phone but man some people are such pricks. we agree on 375-400 and he comes from an hour away to say he wont pay for it unless i give it to him for 325.
I know you all dont care, just saying. Please be clear and concise if you use cregslist. its kinda a crapshoot.
Ebay is way better. Post 3-4 good quality pictures, give a description of what you're selling, no return policy, $12.00 shipping and you don't need to make awkward conversation and potentially be robbed/stabbed/shot.
This craigslist bs just amazes me.

you can actually mail the rock back and provide the tracking info and be covered fyiI would agree except it's too easy to get scammed on eBay. Buyer can claim they were mailed a box with a rock in it and PayPal and eBay take their side and you're screwed.
I've actually been stressing over selling my 3G because of this. I really don't like either option.
I was about to to say, that isn't bad. 325 on CL is like at-least 350 on ebay after all the fees, including paypal and shipping. Plus you are looking at 400 MAX for the phone with 375 being the more realistic max, 325 is a low ball but considering 350 is the more reasonable price, that's only a 25 dollar difference.$325 isn't horrible though.
It's kinda common knowledge that Craigslist isn't a great place to sell anything for much profit unless the item is in high demand.
Also, you could have told him you weren't interested in the sale (just like he told you) unless he paid for the price agreed on. I'm pretty sure he would have paid it if you stood your ground but you gave in instead due to whatever reasons.

yes sadly. i was so done with trying to that i just did it. seriously ******* that guy.
he was just a prick and was so nice on the phone. I knew when i called him and he said, well talk when i'm there and ive run out of text messages that something was fishy... but not that fishy.
