How long does in-store pick up take to confirm it's ready? Website says usually within an hour, but it's been two now.
I see the store I reserved in now says available on the 14th, despite mine saying today. Don't want to be waiting for an email all day. 🙂
 
Black and white ordered and ready to pick up today in Charlotte. Have earphones become the new Apple Watch bands - which will I use today?

I ordered through the app around 4:30 am EST

Is anyone having trouble redeeming the free Apple Music code? I'm selecting BeatsX on the register page and it greys out the box to enter the redemption code!
 
Just been to Manchester Arndale Apple and the delivery hasn't arrived yet so collections will be later today.

I walked in there this morning when they opened and walked out with a pair! Though I didn't choose click and collect, just walked in.

Won't let me on the app either. It wouldn't let me do the fastest 2/14 delivery at 3am EST either. I'll try the website.
 
Ok cancelled my original delivery order and placed order for pickup at my local Apple Store! So weird that the app wouldn't let me but the website did.

Same boat. Reserved four hours ago now at Covent Garden, still not ready for pickup.
 
So I'm assuming there isn't the same demand for these than there was for the AirPods. Or they just made a bunch more of them.

No question. It's not a pure Apple product nor is it mindblowingly new. But for a pair of earphones demand actually seems pretty high.

Just called Covent Garden and they sold mine to someone else. 🙄
 
According to iStockNow these are at Apple Stores everywhere in the US. Cancelled my Best Buy order, they aren't showing them in stock yet.
 
Finally we may have a break 🙂

Pick-up is coming back for some stores after it was said sold out. Expect this to happen today.
Looks like some european store have delays with the pick up, usually that's very fast, seem to take a few hours for some.
They definitely have many in stock, so whatever the pickup visit the store, the model you were chasing is very likely to be here.

Will see how things evolve when US folks wake up.

I reserved two pairs at 8:15 UK time. Still not ready for pickup.

I called, and there was a "system error" apparently.

They said they might get some more tomorrow. 🙁

Anyone know of anywhere besides Apple I can try for store pickup? My Apple store is an hour away, if worse comes to worse I will go there. But I tried Bestbuy and Target, and neither of them have the beats available for in store pickup. Which I figured they would have them to pick up.
 
None left in my local Apple Store, however, one of the staff mentioned they "should" have another delivery on Tuesday.
 
how bad does the music bleed from the earphones?
Meaning, if you're in a quiet room at what volume level can another person hear your music

With most in ear headphones it's almost not possible to hear music leaking out and I don't know why it would be different for BeatsX. Sound isolation (the other way around) seems to be the same as well if I look at that video from tldtoday.

Well the EarPods bleed badly, assume the AirPods do as well
