yea i dont believe that either, but Im definitely going to be checking around midnight EST anyway lol
I don't think the west coast should complain, iPhones launch at 12AM PST which means us on the east coast have to get up at 3AM!

The CNET review I saw said they were sweat "resistant" but not "sweat proof". dunno.
Well my Sennheisers are neither resistant or proof, but functions fine when running. I think it's more of a warranty thing and that they should be fine.

FWIW, had a look at notifications count, doesn't compare (at all) with the AirPods demand.
The black wins the colour battle, 2/3 looking for black 1/3 looking for white. (based on notifications worldwide).
It seems to be "classic" product compared to AirPods, so may not encounter any production issues and should be easier to adapt to demand.
I'm really looking forward to getting them, hopefully tomorrow.

The default mode would be to have both selected so no there's a real intent to pick black only.

Yeah, but we're all grasping for something, anything, right now. I'm looking forward to this more than any other Apple product in recent time..... not sure what that says about me or Apple. lol
I just looked also, guess it was wishful thinking they would be available. Still wonder how many will be in stores and if there will be lines.
Well it's 4.00 pm on Friday in Australia and website is still saying unavailable. Don't live near a store so can't tell you if they are there.

Seriously note, live chat told me that they operate on PST and to check back at midnight.... (which I know they run on PST)... which she stated moments earlier that they can't say nor have been told what time the release is..
Suss as to why she would note midnight and a time zone.. take as you will, add salt etc

This seems to mean they have a total of three to sell, so no rush! All other orders will ship within 8 weeks and we will all wonder why they waited so long to take orders. Not the end of the world, but strange selling strategy by Apple, err, Beats.
