Yes - WAIT - each of my emails said next step would be 2-3 business days - in total took 6 weeks, but they did replace and didn't want the original sending back, so I now have two. The new one has updated to the same firmware as the original one and so far (a week or so) both have been working fine ... (touch wood, I'll prob wake up tomorrow with a dead phone!)Don't chat with them.
Go to their warranty page and request an RMA. They will ask for model, serial number, description of the problem and a copy of the receipt.
Then wait.
