So does that mean if stores open 5pm est then does the online store wait until it is 5 central?
Can anyone confirm this as well. I want to order a 2nd one to run in stereo. Can I avoid tax and shipping fees if I were to order these online as oppose to going to my local store to purchase them?
No you can’t avoid tax. Shipping should be free.

Open box. As a buyer I don't think there is much to worry about. The one I linked looks to be a business too. If something is wrong with the item you have like 6 months to file a claim with eBay which typically results in your money being refunded almost instantly.
I had it happen to me as a seller once awhile back when the person didn't read the description and then wanted to return the item. That said, I do get what you're saying. Just passing along the information. 16 have sold in the last hour from that listing alone.

Thanks for that. I decided to roll the dice and ordered. Decided to roll the dice big and went to order 2 more but the coupon code only works once per account. Had I ordered 3 at the same time it would have worked though. Oh well, maybe risking 1 was enough.
"No tax" is coming to an end. The Supreme Court ruled that states can go after out of state retailers for sales tax, and that's exactly what's happening.
B&H is now collecting sales tax in about half of the states, and more are certain to follow:

My state is obviously going after big Internet retailers one by one, because a few months ago Newegg started collecting tax for me, and last month B&H started to collect as well.
Just ordered one for total of $220.19 w/ tax in North Carolina. Note, you can only use the PICKFAST code using the Ebay iPhone app, it will not allow it on the website. I hope it is in good shape. Really looking forward to pairing w my current HomePod...

When I saw it earlier, I thought the coupon was good for a few days for purchases through the eBay app.
The open box deals from a seller with a 99.7% rating on close to 300,000 transactions...I wouldn't have hesitated!
