Trying to get a 16 Pro Max 512GB Black Titanium. I just placed a backup order on Apple.com for pickup next Friday in case I can't get through with Best Buy. But I would prefer to purchase from Best Buy so I can get the included AppleCare with my Total membership. I also have a ton of Best Buy rewards points and gift cards to use. If I can get an order in with Best Buy for pickup or delivery next Friday, then I'll cancel my Apple order.Same, whats your game plan? Let me know if and how you guys get through

Paying outright. If you're trading in/using an upgrade, then I guess you would burn your upgrade eligibility if you placed an order at Apple. I selected the "unlocked"/"connect to carrier later" option at Apple so I didn't have to even log into my Verizon account.You paying outright or using an upgrade? Good to know. I haven’t upgraded in 4 years and have 3 lines to pre order for.The AT&T verification worked for me right when they dropped, but then noticed I chose the wrong phone.. Now I’m stuck at the verification page lol. Their pre order system was wonky like this last year, just took a bit for it to get up to speed

Same. I did my iPhone 16 Pro Max through my iPhone Upgrade Program, but am having no luck for the rest of my family with Best Buy for AT&T.Can't get past the account verification page...
Thank you for this. Not sure if it actually allowed it to work, since I had to do it a few times, but I got 3 of the 4 ordered. Have to do a 4th in a separate order, as Best Buy limits the cart to 3 mobile phones at a time.If you guys are still seeing the "unable to process your request" error, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies (or just use a different browser altogether). After I did that, it let me log into my Verizon account again and everything went smoothly.
I’ve ordered and picked up my iPhones from Best Buy on launch day every year for the fast 4 or 5 years. Other than these initial website glitches when pre-orders first open, I’ve had zero problems.No idea why anyone trusts BB. Every year there are horror stories.
Correct, you have to connect with either a Verizon or AT&T account. Verizon devices are automatically unlocked 60 days after activation.I would have ordered at BB but they don't have unlocked anymore?
