Best Buy Pre-Order Availability

Ok, Best Buy right now it says ships in 1 day, but Verizon still has 11/23. So does that mean Best Buy is in stock? Also is there a difference between getting it at Verizon vs Best Buy? I'm excited if I can pick up one today!

So I canceled my JB today. The wait is ridiculous especially when I need a new phone. Went to local Best Buy and they revived today a shipment. They revived a couple of 256 plus matte black phones. They did receive 1 JB regular and 2 JB plus that where pre-ordered and they said those where the first ones they received.

I also saw this. I ordered yesterday, paid for next day shipping and it'll be here tomorrow! Matte Black 7+ 256. I ordered on 9/19 from Verizon for a MB 7+ 128gb but expected ship date was Nov 9th. Go for it! The only thing I'm worried about is the $400 trade-in credit for my SE. I'll take that chance.
 
So It shows it is arriving tomorrow? I thought they were all backordered till Nov. Also, did you do the edge program or you paying it outright.

yup. Shipping via UPS I paid extra for next day shipping to have it earlier. Or else I'd be waiting until next week sometime.

I did the edge program signing up for a new line.

How is Best Buy able to get them before Verizon or other stores? I have never done a phone upgrade through Best Buy before.
 
Matte black is not rare. I need my jb. I have a bad feeling that people who ordered after me are getting theirs first
 
I guess I will do it through BB, I just asked Verizon and they said backordered till 11/30. Hope you are right. I just select my options and then add to cart? Also by doing the edge program, if I pay it off before next Oct, I can upgrade to the new model?

No apple care I'll get that at a later date. Never got it before.

Yep. Ordering through best buy was the same as ordering through Verizon for me. And yes I believe if you pay it off the phone is yours at any date.

I've been weighing both options and Verizon only covers theft, Applecare doesn't.

Omg, my sales tax is $69 :confused:, how much was yours?
 
Best Buy stores always have more stock than the carrier stores and so does online and if they show they will ship they will usually ship when it says or sooner
 
OK almost done guys. Danny, did you have to manually go in and add the trade in phone for the credit then add it to your cart? It shows me getting $284 for a 6plus, how are you getting $400 for an SE?
