Just picked up the Spigen Liquid Crystal case for my Max. Not sure I'm digging it. Definitely feels bulkier than the Apple leather case. The lip is way more pronounced as well. It complete covers the bottom, which make it a bit more difficult to swip up. Also there a very faint "grid" pattern on the back. All in all not too bad, probably better protection than the apple case.

Picked up a case identical to the casetify impact case, for $15 on Amazon. It’s the exact same case just without the logo around the camera.

I like this Spigen one as it is def more protective than the Apple Leather case and does let the color of my iPhone XS Max shine through.

You have to imagine that Spigen TPU is much more shock absorbent than leather.

Has anyone bought the Tech 21 Pure Clear Case for the Xs Max ?
I had the pure clear for my 8 Plus, and X! It’s a GREAT clear case. It doesn’t turn yellow and it’s thin. I would totally get it for the XS Max.

I had it back when it was frosted and called the Impact Clear for the 6s/7 Plus.

I first got the spigen liquid crystal case (with the incorrect cutout, but needed something to protect the phone while they correct the issues), which was bulky, but added a lot of protection, but I recently purchased the ringke [air] clear case. it’s thin and feels better in the hand. Going to return the spigen one. I liked something thin and comfortable in the hand. I wanted something thinner with a clear case, but haven’t seen any that I liked. The spigen thinner one rips easily (had it on my 7 plus).

Which clear case would offer the best grip between the Caudabe Lucid Clear and the Totallee Clear Soft?
They seem to be the thinnest around but people often complain about Caudabe's slippery materials

That looks nice. Does it have any type of lip in front? Also, is it a hard or soft material?

No lip, gotta supply your own screen protector. The privacy one I’m using works well.

It’s neither hard nor soft.

I had Caudabe Lucid Clear on my iPhone X last year and this case is way better IMO...my 2 cents.

Anybody get the Spigen slim armor crystal? I’m wondering what makes it more expensive than their ultra hybrid case?

Does the Bare case ship from US? How long did it take? I love the Lucid Clear, but this one is just as good but less slippery??

I don't really find Lucid Clear slippery at all. It's not going to be as grippy as like an Otterbox or something, but it's a clear case. Soft cases will also get yellow over time, at least in my experience. Pretty happy with Lucid Clear.
