Well my Burton case for my M4 iPad 13" with Magic Keyboard accommodation is arriving today. I'm hoping it doesn't add too, too, much weight though my priority is protection of the Magic Keyboard and of course the iPad.

I am also looking for ease in mounting and unmounting from a protective case, as I do like the Apple folio for around the house.

I'm also hoping against hope that the Burton iPad Magic Keyboard case adds a tad amount stability on a table or on my lap. But, I'm probably asking to much.

Finally, I do hope the beautiful looks of the posted website pictures match what the case looks like in real life. I did also take the leap today and order the plain Burton Goods plain folio.

I'll let everyone know how these two cases work out! Anyone out there using these Burton Goods cases for the M4 13"??? I'm sure us accessory iPad case nuts would love the info! 🤤

lol - that's me. I hate to think of how many different tablet & phone cases I've bought over the years and what the average count per device is.

The Burton Goods iPad Pro 13" Magic Keyboard did arrive! It has striking good looks and functions as promised by Burton. I am looking forward to using it and easily removing and mounting the iPad Pro in it.

Easily installing and uninstalling the iPad in folio cases has been pet peeve of mine. Those cases that rely on a semi-hard physical mount point makes me darn nervous I'm going to bend this 13" iPad Pro iPad. I frequently change between cases. I like to be able to mount the Magic Keyboard on some days, and just use a plain old folio on on other days.

The case has just enough "lip" that it should protect the edges of the iPad without getting so large it won't fit in my carry bags.

Towards that goal I did also just order the plain Burton Goods folio. So I can have a quick and easy way to switch from the iPad with the Magic Keyboard to the folio using the magnetic mounts.

If I have one very small minus the plastic camera housing frame on the Burton Magic Keyboard folio doesn't actually fit around the iPad's plastic housing frame. It kind of rides on time.

I imagine trying to enlarge the Burton's camera housing fame would put it too close to the outer edge of the case. It is not a deal breaker and does not interfere with the frames use, or for that matter detract from the overall good looks or functionality of the Burton case.

Great - glad you like it! It is a nice-looking case. Sounds like the slight mismatch on the camera frame is what I saw in the now-removed Reddit post photo and is trivial.

That’s not great. And it appears it actually needed more, not less, material on the outside edge. So the excuse that the materials wouldn’t allow them to have the cutout in the right place or the edge would be too thin doesn’t seem to apply.

The hole looks to be the right size and shape. I wonder if the difficulty is due to the magnetic attachment? Maybe aligning the magnets to have the iPad sit exactly right is difficult? But it looks like they’ve just cut that too close to the edge

I got the Pipetto Origami No4 Case... which is very slim... and light, and also offers more angles than the standard apple one... and combined with an ESR magnetic paper feel screen cover, which has a lovely texture... the only thing I wasn't loving was when closed you can see the grey microfibre along the edges... and the inside is grey (so i coloured it in :D )
