A new Kid Icarus is almost guaranteed. Pit being in Brawl reminds me of when Marth and Roy were put in Super Smash Bros. Melee and then Nintendo decided to revive that series. Plus, concept art from Factor 5 have emerged on the Internet, so we at least know that it is being worked on.
A new Zelda... my gut is saying it won't happen. I'm thinking they'll use a whole new engine for the next Zelda game (Twilight Princess's engine is over five years old, after all) and they'll probably really want to use the Wii Remote perfectly. That takes a lot of time.
I would imagine Nintendo is working on some kind of storage solution since Nintendo seems to comment on it weekly. It may not be announced at E3, but I'm willing to be money it will happen eventually.
Animal Crossing will not be announced at E3. I'm putting money on that as well. With the fairly reliable rumors that Nintendo is turning it into an MMO, Nintendo is probably going to spend as much time as possible to come up with some way to make an MMO work with friend codes.
New Smash Bros? Not at all. Smash Bros. games are a one-per-generation thing, and the director of Brawl (I forget his name...

) wanted Brawl to be his last Smash Bros. project. The future of the series is blurry at the moment.
Pilotwings is wishful thinking, but I won't say it won't happen. Landing men on Mars in the next five years is wishful thinking, but I won't say that won't happen either.
Wii Sports 2... I doubt that will ever happen, let alone be shown at E3. The purpose of Wii Sports was to be packaged with the system and to get people to buy the Wii. It worked and continues to work today. Nintendo has no need to make another one, and I don't think there is much demand for one.
Wii Music has been shown in the past two E3s, so I would imagine it will be shown this year as well.
New portable Nintendo console? Nope. Nintendo has denied this several times. After all, the DS Lite is selling extremely well. Killing that would prove to be as difficult as killing the PS2.
Finally, Pikmin 3. I'll go ahead and say that I'm expected it to at least be announced. Shigeru Miyamoto said that they are in the early stages of another Pikmin game a while ago, something has to have come out of almost two years of development and planning.
