No! The dev said "Early January" for the 5s. Just have to wait.

The dev said on Twitter that it is "nearly" ready for A7 devices.
I read that too.. Can't wait to try it out. Now that we do not need SBsettings anymore BiteSMS is my main reason to jailbreak

Why wait? You will only increase ur chance of something messing up when the signing window closes
Not sure what you mean by this?

do you mean the iOS updating window with Apple? I thought 7.1 wasn't coming until around march... Or do you mean a signing window with the jailbreak?

7.1 isn't coming out until March. (According to rumors). However, Apple might release a 7.0.5 update that could close the jailbreak.

They mean that there is a possibility that Apple might release a 7.0.5 update to close the exploits used for the jailbreak and stop signing 7.0.4.

You can still jailbreak if they release 7.0.5 as long as you don't upgrade to it. But if you have any issue during the process and need to restore for any reason, then you'll be SOL. It's safer to do it now while you can still restore to 7.0.4.

Understood. Thanks all for the clarification. That being said I will jailbreak tonight and not risk it.
