I'm 99% sure it's still limited even with the BM app. The heat generated shooting 4K in 60 fps internally could be the problem.

Edit: Apparently you can. Someone on the comment section on this video says that it works.

I think the issue being asked is if one can record 4k60 ProRes Internally. It seems using the BlackMagic Camera App, you can.
