BlueTooth Audio Dongles to replace Apple built-in?

Does anybody have any well -working BlueTooth dongles to replace the Apple internal board?

I am really tired of AirPods and game controllers cutting out when Magic Keyboard, Trackpad, and Mouse are not connected with wires.
