I have an iMac 21,5 from 2010, i3 and Quadro K2100m and got a problem on macOS, any, from 11 to 15 that it just refuses to boot (yes, I have tried installing all of those versions, same issue persists); I currently have two OSs installed, High Sierra and Sequoia, I'm on latest OCLP release. When I boot from HS it works normally, reboots normally, etc etc However when I boot from Sequoia, after I reboot or turn the mac off and on again it doesn't do anything, just does the chime and nothing else, the fans start spinning at maximum speed and the keyboard doesn't work. The only way I can get it to work is by turning it off and on again a dozen of times while trying to reset the NVRAM. It doesn't work immediately, usually after a couple of restarts it actually resets it. Don't know how to fix this. Reinstalled opencore, updated to last version, changed some settings, nothing works, and not just on Sequoia but any macOS starting from Big Sur.
The most stable macOS so far is Big Sur, all the others are just slow and terrible acceleration…
Sometimes OpenCore can’t even boot, don’t know why.-> IMG_1954.jpeg

Nvidia Card Kepler based MacOS Driver are no longer supported after BigSur so newer MacOS are slow because you have no Grafic acceleration.
There are some Workarrounds with OpenCore Legacy Patcher for Kepler based Grafics.

In the First Screenshot it clearly states that nvgop_gk.efi is the Problem why OC can´t start.
You could try to delete this from the EFI/OC/Driver/ folder and the config.plist.
To edit OpenCore i usually recommend OCAT OpenCore Auxiliary Tools.
This nvgop_gk.efi seems to be from OCLP for the Nvidia Quadro K2100m and might not work due to something you did not do the right way with OCLP or it does not work with Quadro K2100m but i can only guess.

It could also be the Case that your Mac Firmware is not actualized but i do not know what Firmware your Oldy might need to have to work with OpenCore OCLP Quadro K2100m.
