Oh also, tip for anyone with issues on their old headphones: I commented earlier that my QC35’s (from 2016) seemed “infinitely repairable” and I wouldn’t get the QC45’s…
The QC35’s started constantly turning themselves on by themselves. Hugely annoying as it would snatch the audio from other running devices.
Unbeknownst to me, this must be a known fault with the 35’s or something, when I called Bose to arrange a paid repair, they did a FREE swap to a brand new pair of QC45’s!! No questions asked. Less than one hour from my call to pickup.
To receive such amazing support for a pair of headphones from 2016 has made me love the company even more. (A coworker also had the same issue with her pair from 2016 and the same thing happened - brand new QC45’s)
