Simply that it would have been easier for all of us to have taken the high road and been more sympathetic to the OP -- who really just needed to vent -- and emphize with him, rather than accuse him of being a troll, getting defensive on the behalf of Apple, etc.

I thought I was pretty clear that posting a closed-ended tirade is what annoys people on the forums, not the actual dissatisfaction with Apple itself. As in, a post that has no real openings for further discussion. Perhaps you missed my earlier replies.
