All we have to wait is two weeks, and then we will see what happens :)
Two weeks later, reality has remained the same (well, the difference increased even more, from 6+ to 7+ million more popular votes).

And it looks like Trump is still president and hasn’t conceded. And seeing how things have gone the last hour, I’m excited as hell!!!

A change in presidency wasn't anything that would have happened or was expected to somehow to happen at this moment. A concession isn't something that is required or necessary for reality to continue and take its course, as it has.

It is immaterial whether he concedes or not. It’s going to be entertaining watching the Secret Service carrying Trump, kicking and screaming like the spoiled child that he is, out to the curb on January 20th, if it comes down to that, and I expect the Secret Service would find that deeply satisfying. To believe at this point that he won’t be leaving next month (under his own power or otherwise) is highly delusional (seriously delusional, as in seek medical help delusional).

Trump is keeping this charade going because of his fragile ego, his most prized possession (he’s a loser, and he just lost to the person he kept describing as the worst candidate ever - so what does that make Trump?), and because his supporters are giving him hundreds of millions of dollars (I’m gonna bet that most of them don’t realize that his ”election defense fund“ is set up so that he gets the majority of the money with no strings attached - yes, you too can contribute your hard-earned dollars so Trump can get richer and do more golfing), and also because he wants to portray himself as “the aggrieved victim” - always his most cherished role - rather than “one-term impeached loser”, because he thinks the former will be better for his money-making (and ego stroking) prospects in the future.

And the Republicans who are going along with him are quite clearly showing themselves to be members of a cult, rather than a political party, whether they’re foaming-at-the-mouth true believers, or unwilling to stand up for democracy if there’s any chance of it costing them anything, personally or professionally (never mind that pesky oath they swore to uphold the constitution). And we’re not going to forget that they tried to overturn a legitimate election - an attempt to stage a (so far) bloodless coup - doing damage to democracy for years to come.
