Calls going straight to voicemail bug

Hi guys.

iPhone 15 Pro Max 256, running 17.1

A bunch of inbound calls ring once, then go straight to voicemail. Happening from different callers.

This is only happening if the iPhone is locked.. when I'm using it, the inbound call behaves as expected.

Anyone had this issue/bug?
