Can 2014 mac mini support 3440x1440 at 60 mhz. I read on apples website that it only mentions that resolution at 30 mhz. If it does not would the 2015 13 inch retina macbook pro support it.

It wouldn't even support 30 mhz.

Rather, it would only support 30 Hz. This is because of Haswell-U's limitation. With a fair bit of tweaking, the max you'd get would be 52 Hz.

OP is not talking about 4K. He's talking about an ultra-wide non-4K display. The mini can easily drive these (imo gorgeous) displays.
