I was just reading the thing about the contributions and I was wondering, even after somebody has paid $25, can they be banned? Not that I'm planning on getting banned or anything, I was just wondering.

Yes, Demis must abide by the very same rules that non-contributors must abide by. If they violate the rules they forfeit their $25.

I know a few demis who have been in time-out and at least one who has been banned.

Oh is there a such thing as the "time-out?" I thought if you did something wrong you get the straight-out ban!

Been in time-out once.
It was :( face. It was for 14 days and it was over the course of WWDC. Bad timing.
But I wasn't a Demi then.
Come to think of it, I've been pretty good since becoming a Demi.
Stopped calling people a*******. Things are quite gravy.

To solidify your answer, be nice. Everyone can be banned.
