When I had the pending order problem, I restarted my 5S and the pending order went away. I would suggest trying that.
Thanks that seemed to do it, so I can select. When I go to swap the phones though, I get this error: "We cannot complete your request online. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 for assistance with your order." and if I click Next I get this error: "Please select a line to swap with. Some lines may be ineligible for this transaction due to suspended service or pending order." I guess maybe the pending order is still there, just not showing at the initial screen.
