I felt like I was a bit late getting into the store but thanks to saving my selections ahead of time I was able to get both the 17 Pro 512GB in Deep Blue at 8:04 ET and a 17 256GB in Lavender at 8:05 ET, both for the 19th delivery.

I have to admit though...I'm missing the excitement of tracking the phones as they ship from China. It's a lot less fun when they're just shipping locally.
The Pro appears easier to get, as does the Deep Blue Pro Max. There are still Deep Blue Pro Maxes available for Sept. 19 pickup in Toronto.

I live in Northern Alberta, Grande Prairie, and I pre-ordered the iPhone Pro 512GB in Deep Blue at launch Sept 12th. Essentially, 9 min after the pre-orders went live I had my order completed. I also ordered the new 40W Dynamic Power Adapter, but I chose to ship it separately, not together.

40W Dynamic Power Adapter - shipped out on Monday Sept 15th and currently says it will arrive tomorrow (Sept 18th) from Vaughan, ON.

iPhone Pro 512GB Deep Blue - still stuck on preparing to ship, it has been stuck on preparing to ship since Sept 13th. Currently says it arrives Sept 23rd.

I'm really excited about this upgrade. I'm currently running the iPhone 13 Pro and it's definitely feeling laggy these days. Praying that all of our phones get delivered on launch day!

I'm patiently waiting for my pre-order to switch to "Shipped" status :). I still have hope i'll get it on launch day, but for the last 4 years, I was 2 out of 2 for getting it on launch day, even if the 4 time, it says my delivery were scheduled for launch day. UPS is horrible in my area. I still don't get why Apple doesn't have thursday launch day instead of friday. That will help people like me in area where UPS is bad to at least getting it before the week-end !

I'm not concerned, but I'm actually kinda surprised that nothing has "shipped" yet. I guess the rumours are true that launch day units were already here in North America.
 
Ordered both APP3 and a 256GB iPhone Pro Max Deep Blue as soon as the pages let me in (within minutes), and while UPS My Choice tells me nothing, I was able to find there are labels for both of my orders by using track by reference with my order numbers. Both are at "Shipment Ready for UPS". Delivery date via Apple remains the 19th.
 
Umm this is strange. I ordered 2 minutes past 8:00am on the opening pre order day and had a September 19th date all the way until this morning. I log in and this is what I see now. I hope this is just a glitch.

I’ve noticed that on base 17’s the store pickup option has gone from unavailable to in-store availability on 19.9, but it won’t let you click through and reserve a time

Orange 17 PM 256GB. Ordered at 8:02am launch day. Had a Sept 19th delivery the entire time until I checked this morning and now it says Sept 29 - Oct 6.

Hmmm...is there some unexpected shortage of Orange PM models? It was the one to drop off the Sep 19th date first on preorder morning.

FWIW my 17PM in blue now says "Delivers Tomorrow" so blue seems to still be on track. My order got in about 6mins after orders opened. But blue took much longer to drop dates than orange.

Mine just changed to shipped. Tracking number still says UPS awaiting item and delivery estimate will be provided once they have it.

I was alerted to check after receiving an email from Apple saying my Trade in was in the works. Didn’t receive an email about them shipping it yet. But Apple Store was changed to shipped with the tracking number.

That sucks. My orange 256 PM still says Sept. 25 - Oct. 1 but who knows what will happen next week.

Yup. Now when I check the store online, I can no longer search for availability for in-store pickup.

WOO! Woke up this Thursday morning to the Apple Store stating it’s shipped! No email yet. And it still says arriving September 23 on the Apple Store. Shipping with UPS. UPS states that the label was created yesterday afternoon (the 17th) and it is shipping with worldwide saver. I don’t think it will make it here for Friday delivery but I’ll definitely see it for Monday or Tuesday.
 
Status changed to Shipped this morning. Then a few minutes ago the delivery date was pushed back to "1 Oct - 7 Oct", from 19 Sept. UPS has not received the package yet and can't provide an estimated delivery date.
