Just got a "Destination Scan" for both of them (at 15:28 & 15:29) in Concord. What is a "Destination Scan"?. Oddly, the phone that was stuck travelling doesn't have an "Arrival Scan" at Concord still. This whole process...has left a lot to be desired.

Had arrival scan and import scan in Richmond over 4 hours ago. Nothing since but still says delivered by end of day

Somehow I’m doubting that now..
 
I'm so confused! My package is now saying destination scan on the UPS website, but the Apple website is saying 'Out for Delivery' ...


Edit: just got a text message from Apple as well saying I should be getting my package today... but UPS is still not saying OFD... hmmm...

According to FlightAware, the one flight to Pearson this morning that I'm aware of was over two hours behind schedule:

That said, I kinda assumed their system could absorb delays like that. Maybe not. o_O

Just got a notification from Apple as well saying items should be delivered today, too.

You’re right UPS488 was late. I thought it was going to Mount Hope on a different flight but looks like it went to Pearson and was impacted by the late flight that arrived at 8am. Last update has it leaving Mississauga at 10:07am. Not sure where it’s going to, probably Concord. Since the final destination is in Mississauga it’s a bit disappointing we lost another day because of a 2 hour delay. Still not confirmed for tomorrow.

Just don’t see UPS doing much under the circumstances :(

Anyone receive their phone yet that was out for delivery this morning? Mine has been on the delivery truck since 9AM and still waiting... longest delivery ever ;)

Just picked mine up off my doorstep. Crazy to think a $1600 iPhone X is just sitting there for a couple hours and no one took it.

Also: returning a Silver 256GB to Market mall tonight if anyone wants it lol.

Mine still shows import scan in Richmond at 9:14am. No update since but still shows delivery by end of day.

Either the scanning system is broken and it’s out for delivery or it’s not coming today :(

Ugh that's the worst! The past few years i've received the phone before 12PM - this time, it's taking forever!!

Mine is still at the delivery truck after the driver saw my notes. I was too the truck won't make it back to the depot until close to 7:30. Will have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up.
 
mine on UPS tracking shows estimated delivery changed from unavailable to end of day today (14th) again but it doesn't seem to show that its on a truck or out for delivery other than that notification from apple

Yeah frustrating since yours and others in Vancouver arrived in Richmond this morning too and say out for delivery but mine hasn’t changed yet.

Wish if it wasn’t coming the delivery date would just change to tomorrow so I’m not sitting around expecting it all day.

I agree... I just called UPS and they said its supposed to come before 7 PM. I’m curious if anyone in the Vancouver area who was supposed to receive it today actually got it ...

Was kinda in the same boat was you. Said "Import Scan" the whole day today and then bam, it arrived 10 minutes ago.
