Did anyone do an upgrade with Bell?

I got my order in right at 3am but they don't give me any information on when I will get the phone :(

I'm in British Columbia.
Use the Apple Store App on my iPhone. Used Apple Pay.
SG 256GB
Confirmation email at 12:04am PST... Delivery Nov 3.
Woke up at 7:00am to an email from Apple sent at 2:01am, "We're having a problem with your payment."
I was worried...
Tried to resolve in my account by entering correct information again which did not work. I ended up calling Visa. Discovered it had triggered their fraud protection which I got resolved, the payment went through and I did not lose my delivery date of Nov 3.
Later this morning (Oct 28th) my status changed to "Preparing to Ship."
Wow. You lucky lmao. Hypothetically, if it went to 2-3 weeks window, how would you have felt?

I'm really happy for you guys who is getting 3 Nov date and having your phones already in shipment. But seriously though, I'm f jealous.

Mine is 11/3 space grey 256 GB

I pre-ordered through Telus and their upgrade process didn't allow me to add pay up front AppleCare (only gave me the monthly option after the order was complete) and also added a $20 sim without an option to decline the sim card. I'll add the AppleCare after the phone arrives I guess. But do I need a new sim? I've got a nano sim in my 6 already.

Anyone able to track your package using reference number at UPS.ca yet?
In the past I have never been successful at getting my tracking using the reference numbers. I also have an account with "UPS My Choice" and when the tracking info hits UPS I get notification direct from them.

I wonder if it's because the Canadian orders typically go through their (Apple's) distribution centre in Tennessee first?

When you're doing the reference search, you should be trying two searches. One with the phone number associated with the order, the other with the order number, less the last two digits.

The other trick (if it still works) is that the serial number should show up in your Apple Support Profile before it prepares to ship. It has worked for me before.

I keep checking my stupid order status all the time, hoping that my Nov 21-28 moves forward o_O

Hopefully that still works, since they got rid of the support profile page (now the devices are listed on your Apple ID page). Be interesting to see if it shows up early.

This doesn't work anymore, I recently ordered an Apple Watch Series 3 and there was no way for me to see it pop up onto my account since apple removed the support profile page. Now you can only see devices that have been associated with your Apple ID once you receive it and power it on.

In a way it’s kind of a good move. My current iPhone was purchased for me as a gift, so it was associated with an different Apple ID. Trying to get it switched was a pain.

It was a nice way to know when your phone was coming, but we get the tracking number soon enough anyway.

I'm loosing my faith in Apple. Every ordering process is worst experiance than the previous.

- The last time, I was among first to place an order, but somehow people who placed their orders many, many minuts after me, reported that they got their devices before me.
- This time I was placing the order again among first, scheduled delivery for Nov. 3th, and than my iPad (meaning Apple server) crashes right after I sellected delivery method. I logged back in and all I could do is to make a new order scheduled for Nov. 21-28.

- Having selected X as favourite in advance did not make any sence since I was ordering from the refreshed first page. Who had time to be clicking the favourite link as an extra step.
- Steps for placing the order was confusing, had to go through few pages before clicking on the final button even if Apple Pay selected.

Lmaoo same, I'm like PLEASE APPLE CHANGE IT TO NOV 3 or move it up to 10 Nov, 1-2 weeks window

Same.

I was on the app, and two browser sessions since 03:00. Didn't get through until 03:11, by then it was already Nov 21-28. And then it asked me to re-enter my addresses, despite this not being the first time I bought stuff from the app.

All good things...I suppose.

i wonder when they will update delivery dates (if at all). I think I'll probably re-check my order status on Wednesday night.

Are you sure we aren’t the same person? That’s basically my experience, to a tee.

So frustrating seeing the minutes tick by and still being locked out.

I just put it in the deliveries app - just switch over every few hours and do a refresh.
Really? I re-check my order status every 3 hours... haha
I feel like by doing this I'll grow even more impatient lol. I'm actually trying to forget about it for now. I bought the Nintendo Switch w/ Zelda and Super Mario Odyssey today so my obsession with the X has subsided (temporarily, until i get some sort of update on my order).
