Same here. Have a scheduled pickup at the Mapleview store in Burlington tomorrow and it still says processing items. Called Apple yesterday and rep said everything is fine.

Are we the only 2 doing in store pickups? No one else is talking about it.
i’m picking up 4 phones and my parents are picking up 1 each tomorrow as well. Pick up is better cuz you won’t have to wait for UPS to come plus i get mine 8am so i can go to work after

Chill out. UPS will get to you.
Not so sure about that. Don't think that the drivers will walk off with them - they can be tracked. It is just some of the lazy ones don't bother wanting to deliver to commercial buildings (which is where I will be working on Friday). Never had a problem with Apple purchases until the last one which was supposedly sent back to UPS because the driver didn't have an apartment number. The building that they were delivering too was clearly not an apartment building!!!!! Fingers crossed for Friday.

Noticing people who ordered 25 minutes past the hour getting shipped in the 17-24 thread is kind of annoying. I know US gets priority but I hope we some movement for later Canadian orders soon. I doubt we see anything until tonight though as it's end of day in China.

Dont think i will have mine tomorrow as telus has yet to ship it....
They could ship it overnight.

Huh? Foxconn works 24/7.

Supposedly, Foxconn could ramp up to as much as 4M devices a week if they needed to? (but, I don't think the suppliers could keep up to that).

Honestly im going to give Apple a big F U. I stayed up, had my order in 5 minutes after 3 (couldnt get in before that) had a Nov 3rd date then all of a sudden 21-28. Seeing thousands of people who ordered after me get bumped when its supposed to be a first-come first-serve basis is rageworthy. It’s looking like we’ll be the last to get the phone with everyone else being bumped. Ive seen people who ordered a full 15 minutes after me get bumped to nov 8.

I figure as much but I have noticed a lot of movement on shipments has happened overnight here so around mid-day in China. We're seeing a lot of updates on status when we wake up in the morning.

There were people that ordered HOURS after we did (on Sprint) that got 11/3 deliveries.

Apple needs to roll out the IUP globally and cut the ***** carriers out of the middle. Sell direct only. Well, maybe still let Walmart, Target and BestBuy keep selling them too. :)

It is definitely difficult to not feel salty about having put the time & prep work into doing everything possible to get a launch date phone, only to have the App crap out and get bumped to Nov 21-28... it is what it is and I can accept that part (not many of us can imagine what it must do to their servers to have millions of people trying to place an order all at once), but then to see people who ordered much later get bumped ahead of me, that's where I feel the system isn't fair.

Definitely...it's heavily skewed in favour of the Americans. Apple, by seeding their carriers gives them a definite advantage. I think the big box stores down there do as well....and you can bet your ass they keep the lions share of that allocation for their US customers (as opposed to shipping them up here).

Having everything directly through Apple would be the only way to level the playing field. Maybe we'll see that in time. Certainly the removing of the Carrier SIM locking is a big step towards that.

Edit: Hopefully that happens in the US soon too - if enough of their people petition the FCC, it'll happen.

Oh just got an email from Apple with my Apple Care + agreement. I now have the serial number for my X. This is now starting to seem real.

I also got my case yesterday and based on it's size this will be a nice change from my 7+.

Good Good Good

Same here, just received my AppleCare+ agreement. It’s on it’s way, very exciting.

It definitely sucks, but as I've said a few times, I think we're getting bumped it's just a matter of time.

I placed 3 orders and just got SMS with UPS tracking numbers that they have been shipped. I'm in Brampton and it shows on tracking that they are coming from Burlington.

Order Placed (oct 27, 3:11AM est, Apple Store app started opening only 10min after 3AM for me)
Order in Progress (stuck there since then, same boat Nov 21-28)

3 more steps to go come on (impatient here...sorry!)

Dreaming now:
Preparing to ship
Shipped
Delivered

I am hoping tonight is the night for the Canada bump. US has had a ton of luck these past couple of days. It's Canada's turn.

Anyone's order not showing on UPS my choice? It's tracking in my UPS account when I go to tracking option but when I go to my choice it tells me I don't have any deliveries scheduled...

On UPS you can select these options now. I would have select pick up my package at a UPS location but, it changes the delivery date to Nov 6. Boo...

Just called UPS and asked to have my package stay at the Customer Centre. They checked and suggested that I call before delivery tomorrow and have them drop it at the Customer Centre. I explained to them that I didn't want the package on the local truck as this would only make it back to the CC at the end of the day and I wanted the package in the morning. He made some change and told me that the CC would call me tomorrow morning when the package will be ready for pickup.
Hope this works.

Update
It now shows on the My Choice page as "Hold for Pickup"
