i don't know for last updates but the thing im wondering is why updating the store for a release during the night is it more likely to be back on the morning or during the middle of the night ...

Wishing

I don't think it's an update,but I am being positive!!!

Fingers crossed for the iMac. I'm ready to buy haha, money waiting to be used.

all stores are down.

but it's nice to see that another dude from canada was the first to post :)

greetings from up north :)

Now I'm like pissed that the store is down (after waiting 3+ months for it to go down). LET ME IN - TAKE MY MONEY!

Go canada. Although I think it's just maintenance, it is very coincidental that Cook was up for D10 today right?

Here's hoping even more!

go canada!

seems a lot of people from up north :)

an idea is that they didn't update because cook was going to be flooded with questions about updates rather than the questions he really did receive.

so maybe they waited until after the interview (where he talked about all sorts of things) and then proceeded with the update.

just an idea, no need for anyone to get all worked up :)

we like our peace and quiet here up north :p

Was it not down for maintenence just a few days ago?

Anyways, how long do this maintenence/updates usually last?
Me and my wife are waiting to get a new iMac :)

Doesn't Apple usually update the store in the early morning hours of Tuesdays for new products? This is a late night store takedown which makes me think it's nothing more than maintenance. I'd like to be wrong though.

Here's another one from up north - only this time in Sweden - waiting for Apple Store to go back online. Is there just a coincidence that Tim Cook recently finished the interview at the All Things D conference?

Seems quite reasonable though. Fingers crossed.

The timing is funny, isn't it?
