I wasn't able to track with my phone number until a few minutes ago, even though the label was apparently created on 09/21/2015. Now I can track, and looks like my iPhone will be shipped from Burlington, ON via UPS Express Saver.
My tracking just came live a little while ago to, it too is sitting in Burlington, I suspect it will move to Kitchener tomorrow.
Mine seems to be stuck in Louisville too. Hopefully it gets across the border sooner than later.
Mine says Order Processed: Ready for UPS -It probably says the same thing for your package as well.
That means the package is not even in the UPS network yet. They'll hand it over to UPS tomorrow, most likely in the evening, and it'll arrive in Kitchener on Friday (I'm in Waterloo).
Same situation. Was able to see this just a couple hours ago. Oddly on Apple site still says, "PFS".
My guess they're all at the UPS facility on Mainway depot. So expect to have them on Friday.
My tracking code says delivery began on the 21st. So I'm assuming that's when it left China.
Either way I'm happy knowing it's less than 25mins away!
There are 2 UPS flights leaving Louisville (one for TO the other for Hamilton) leaving at about 4:30AM EST. Arrive 5:30AM EST. Mine is en route to Loiusville now and is arriving in next hour so banking on being on one of the Ontario bound flights.
If it was coming directly from China, you'd see all those tracking scans on UPS' tracking page (read Chaotic77's post, his phone is in the US).
Our phones are being shipped from Apple's warehouse in ON -and they're not even handed over to UPS yet.
You sure about that? The only cargo flight to Canada I can find is to YMX (Montreal/Mirabel)
UPS delivered my phone yesterday. it is sitting in my Fido reseller's head office collecting dust. they're just holding it till the 25th, I bet, then they'll call me in to pick it up. i wish they wouldn't artificially enforce the delivery date like that - just give me my new phone ASAP! i don't want to wait in line with everyone else whose phone showed up!!
Just checked up on my order on apples website and it has changed from "Preparing for shipment" to "Shipped"!!!
Not so sure about that but i hope your right, when i got my ip5 same thing happened was stuck in ky until friday morning.
My rose gold 128 gb has been at my local Fido store since Tuesday....... Why do they have to make me wait?!!!!! 
My phone left Harrisburg last night and is now in Memphis. FedEx will deliver by 12pm tomorrow at my work
Looks like all UPS flights have already landed in Toronto or Hamilton. Looks like we have to wait till tomorrow morning, Friday for our phones to come to Canada.
